もののけ姫

Ashitaka, a young Emishi prince, kills a demon-possessed boar god attacking his village but absorbs a fatal curse in the process. Seeking a cure from the deer god Shishigami in the western forests, he walks into a war between Lady Eboshi's Iron Town and San. Eboshi strips the forest for iron and gunpowder; San, a human girl raised by the wolf goddess Moro, fights to protect the forest spirits. Caught between both sides, Ashitaka tries to broker peace before the curse consumes him.
