Synopsis
Marulk, young apprentice to the White Whistle Ozen, keeps to quiet routines at the Observation Base deep in the Abyss: cooking, cleaning, and keeping up with Ozen's eccentric demands. The first three shorts stay with lighthearted chores and small moments around Seeker Camp, while the fourth flashes back to how Marulk came into Ozen's care after an airship crash killed the crew, Marulk's father among them. These four shorts played in Japanese theaters before Made in Abyss: Fukaki Tamashii no Reimei.
