It's Kyouya Sata's seventeenth birthday, and he assumes Erika Shinohara has forgotten the date; in fact she has been planning a surprise at his apartment. An accident on the way there sends her into a panic, and Kyouya has to talk his girlfriend down before the day is ruined. Erika's best friend Ayumi Sanda and classmate Takeru Hibiya round out this bonus story, bundled with the twelfth volume of the manga.
