Synopsis
Shiki Ryougi wakes from a two-year coma to find the male alter ego she had lived alongside gone, and her eyes changed: her Mystic Eyes of Death Perception now let her see and sever the "death" inherent in any object or person. In late-1990s Japan, she partners with Mikiya Kokutou, an old classmate who tracks her down after her recovery, and takes freelance cases for Touko Aozaki's detective agency Garan no Dou. Told out of chronological order, the manga adapts the original novels chapter by chapter and remains ongoing.
