Guilty Crown

Shu Oma, a withdrawn high school student in a Tokyo under GHQ military occupation, hides the wounded singer Inori Yuzuriha at his school. In the process he absorbs the Void Genome, a genetic weapon that grants him the "Power of the King," letting him draw weapons called Voids from other people's bodies. Funeral Parlor's leader Gai Tsutsugami recruits Shu to wield this power in the rebels' fight to free Japan from GHQ and the spread of the Apocalypse Virus.
