Synopsis
Bookish junior-high student Shizuku Tsukishima keeps noticing the same name, Seiji Amasawa, stamped on the checkout cards of library books she borrows, and becomes determined to find out who's reading everything she reads. The mystery pulls her toward a boy she's never met and toward an antique shop tucked away in her neighborhood, run by an old man who keeps a curious cat figurine named Baron. The manga is the source material for the 1995 Studio Ghibli film.
