Synopsis
A bombing disrupts the opening ceremony for Tokyo's new Touto subway line, and the governor barely survives the blast. Conan Edogawa traces the attack back to Kitanosawa, a village the governor's own dam project flooded years earlier, driving out everyone who lived there. He travels to the area with Ran Mouri, Kogoro Mouri, and the Detective Boys to dig into what became of those residents. A boy who has been in a coma since the dam went up becomes key to the case once he starts to wake, pulling Conan toward a motive darker than a simple grudge.
