A Black Organization spy codenamed Curaçao steals a classified watch-list from Japan's national police and flees across Rainbow Bridge in a car chase involving FBI agent Shuichi Akai and undercover officer Toru Amuro. When her car goes into the water near the Tohto Aquarium, the Detective Boys find her alive but with no memory of who she is or what she stole. Conan Edogawa and Ai Haibara take her in and start piecing her identity back together, unaware of just how dangerous the woman they're protecting really is.
