Synopsis
Hanzawa-san, the black-silhouetted 'culprit' who turns up committing crimes across every Detective Conan case, gets his own spotlight: fresh off the train into Beika City, he's plotting to murder a man he holds a grudge against. Each short episode follows his hapless attempts to case the city and scope out victims, only for the same detectives, Conan, Ran, and Kogoro Mouri among them, to wreck his plans without ever noticing him. Spun off from the main Detective Conan series, it plays the silhouette gag for laughs rather than mystery.
