Synopsis
High-school detective Shinichi Kudo stumbles onto a Black Organization deal at an amusement park and is forced to swallow an experimental poison meant to kill him; instead, it shrinks his body to that of a grade-schooler. Taking the alias Conan Edogawa to hide from the men who did this to him, he moves into Ran Mouri's home and starts solving cases from the shadows while chasing the pair who changed his life. This TV special retells and expands the series' original first episode for its 20th anniversary, adding scenes from Ran's and researcher Shiho Miyano's points of view.
