Synopsis
Inmate Jyugo, marked with mismatched eyes and an uncanny knack for picking locks, keeps escaping Nanba Prison, the world's most secure penitentiary, only to end up recaptured and thrown back in Cell 13 alongside gambler Uno, brawler Rock, and the sickly Nico. As stern officer Hajime Sugoroku tries to keep the four in line, Jyugo searches for who fitted him with the mysterious shackles binding his power, one botched breakout at a time.
