キノの旅 the Beautiful World 塔の国 -Free Lance-

Kino and Hermes roll into Tower Country, where every resident spends their life building an impossibly tall tower that keeps collapsing before it's finished, and no one there can explain why they keep rebuilding it. A boy trapped in that cycle begs Kino to take him away, but she offers a smaller fix instead: paint the bricks. The suggestion doesn't end the labor, but it changes what the townspeople see in it. This special, also known as Episode 00, adapts material from the source light novels outside the TV series' main episode order.
