Reisi Munakata, the Blue King commanding the clan Scepter4, carries the guilt of having killed the previous Red King, Mikoto Suoh, while Anna Kushina, once just a Homra clanswoman, awakens as Suoh's successor and rallies her old comrades around her. Meanwhile White Clan members Neko and Kuroh search for their missing King, convinced Yashiro Isana is still alive somewhere, unaware the Green King, Nagare Hisui, and his clan jungle are hunting the same lead.
