Synopsis
Ohana Matsumae is packed off to a grandmother she barely knows when her mother skips town with a boyfriend to dodge debt collectors, and she arrives to find Sui Shijima running Kissuiso, a hot-spring inn in the town of Yunosagi, where she is put straight to work. Determined to become a proper innkeeper and earn her place among the staff, Ohana throws herself into the job, only to keep colliding with just how far she still has to go. This manga adapts the original TV anime's story of one reluctant apprentice learning an entire trade from scratch.
