Ever since birth, Kogarashi Fuyuzora has been cursed to see ghosts, an affliction that finally pays off when he finds Yuragi Manor, a hot-spring inn offering free rent to anyone who can exorcise its resident spirit. The ghost turns out to be Yuuna Yunohana, a girl bound to the inn who has no memory of how she died, and Kogarashi decides to help her move on rather than banish her outright. These OVA episodes adapt select later chapters of the manga, bundled with its Blu-ray volumes rather than airing as a TV season.
