Makoto Niwa moves in with his aunt's family and meets his cousin Erio Touwa, who wraps herself in a futon mattress, refuses to attend school, and insists she's an alien stranded on Earth. She vanished for six months before turning up floating in the ocean with no memory of what happened, and now wanders the neighborhood on a diet of pizza while chasing signs of the extraterrestrials she says once contacted her. This manga follows Makoto as he's slowly pulled into Erio's conviction instead of correcting it.
