Middle schooler Seigi, a self-taught martial artist who can't ignore anyone in trouble, saves a homeless man from a beatdown on the street. In thanks, the man burns a strange tattoo into Seigi's palm, a weapon at the center of an arms race between the U.S. government and the Kingdom of Selinistan, and one that instantly turns Seigi into a target for people far stronger than the thugs he's used to fighting.
