Kotoko Aihara has crushed on top student Naoki Irie for years without him noticing she exists. When an earthquake destroys her family's house, she and her father move in with the Iries, old family friends, putting Kotoko under the same roof as the boy who barely tolerates her. Between chores, school, and Naoki's cold indifference, Kotoko has to decide whether proximity is enough to turn one-sided feelings into something real.
