Synopsis
Japan has begun exporting the Sibyl System abroad, and the war-torn Southeast Asian Union has installed it on Shambala Float, a purpose-built floating city that finally has a spell of order and safety. Then terrorists trained to slip past Sibyl's screening strike targets inside Japan, and the trail points back to a man moving in the shadows of SEAUn.
