Synopsis
A witch named Zero hires a nameless mercenary, one of the beastfallen, humans born with the body of a predator and hunted for it, to guard her while she hunts down her stolen grimoire. He takes the job on one condition: that she eventually turn him fully human. Their journey through a world of witches and half-understood sorcery only grows stranger from there. These light novels are the original source for the Grimoire of Zero manga and anime, and run several volumes past where those adaptations stop.
