In a utopian near-future, neuroscientist Dr. Skinner uncovers Hapna, a miracle analgesic that erases all pain. He vanishes, then resurfaces three years later online, revealing Hapna’s three-year half-life and the deadly truth: every user will die. A five-person task force named Lazarus is dispatched to locate Skinner within 30 days and secure a vaccine before the first wave of Hapna users perishes, forcing the team to confront pain, ethics, and what it means to be human.
