Summer break finally arrives for Kouta Oyamada, and he spends it easing into life as the boyfriend of Chizuru Minamoto, the fox spirit who spent the TV series chasing him down. This OVA picks up about a month after the series ends and follows the newly official couple, along with their classmate Nozomu Ezomori, a wolf spirit who competes with Chizuru for Kouta, and class representative Akane Asahina, through a lazy, romance-focused summer with little of the earlier chaos. Two DVD episodes continue directly from the Kanokon TV series.
