Raimon Junior High's soccer club is on the verge of being shut down, and goalkeeper Endou Mamoru refuses to let that happen. When a transfer student with a devastating kick shows unexpected interest in the team, Endou sees a chance to rebuild a roster good enough to beat Teikoku Gakuen, the reigning powerhouse squad standing between Raimon and survival. Based on the Level-5 video game series, the manga follows Endou's recruiting drive as the team takes shape around him.
