Dokuro Mitsukai is an angel sent back from the future to kill middle schooler Sakura Kusakabe before he can invent the immortality technology that stops women aging past twelve and earns God's anger. She decides instead to keep him too distracted to ever get there, which in practice means beating him to death with Excaliborg, her spiked club, on the slightest impulse and reviving him a moment later. Sakura's ordinary days collapse into a string of increasingly absurd, gag-driven disasters he never asked for.
