Synopsis
Ika Musume arrives on the surface intent on invading humanity, furious at what pollution has done to the ocean, but her one-woman invasion ends the moment she puts a hole in the wall of a beachside diner. Forced to work off the damage as a waitress, she settles in at the beach house instead of conquering it, slowly warming up to the family who runs the place and the regulars who won't stop showing up. Squid tentacles and invasion talk aside, her days start looking a lot like everyone else's.
