Synopsis
Komichi Akebi has dreamed of wearing a sailor-style school uniform ever since her idol, singer Miki Fukumoto, wore one, so her mother, Yuwa, sews her a matching one before she starts middle school. Komichi gets into her mother's old school, Roubai Girls' Academy, expecting to wear it every day, only to find the dress code has switched to blazers. Undeterred, she throws herself into her other goal: making a hundred friends, one classmate at a time.
