Type-Moon's Fate/stay night and Tsukihime casts return for another round of short, self-aware comedy sketches, this time weighted toward the Tsukihime side. Three new riffs on the parody cat character Neco-Arc join the lineup: Neco-Arc Bubbles, Neco-Arc Destiny, and Neco-Arc Evolution. Bundled as a bonus OVA, it follows directly from the original Carnival Phantasm rather than starting fresh.
