In this two-part OVA, high schooler Tomie Kawakami turns up dismembered after a class outing, only to walk back into school days later, alive and unmarked, as if nothing had happened. Classmates Reiko, Tadashi Kitayama, and Yukiko Mio, who saw what was left of her, have to reconcile that memory with the girl now sitting in their classroom again.
