In 2043, college freshman Reiji Mukudori finally saves up enough to buy into Infinite Dendrogram, a full-dive VRMMO so advanced it perfectly simulates all five senses. Guided by his veteran older brother Shu, Reiji creates his character Ray Starling and, after a brutal first fight against impossible odds, awakens Nemesis, his Embryo: a living weapon-companion built around countering stronger enemies. This manga follows Ray's early days learning the Paladin class and navigating a game world built with more depth and consequence than anyone expected.
