Seishun Academy travels to England to represent Japan in a junior tennis tournament, but their arrival draws the attention of Clack, a gang of banned street players who once got kicked out of official competition for playing dirty. Led by the volatile Keith, Clack starts targeting Seishun's players before the tournament even begins. Ryouma Echizen teams up with Ling Xiu, a former Clack member trying to leave that world behind, to put a stop to the gang's escalating attacks.
