Synopsis
Helba congratulates the players who cleared "The World" by inviting them to a newly discovered hot spring, the Twilight Hot Springs, and the entire cast, drawn from both the .hack game continuity and .hack//Sign, races to find it first. Balmung joins the search with an agenda of his own: he wants to clear his name in Orca's murder by tracking down the real culprit. The special swaps the games' usual character designs for chibi-style caricatures, playing the reunion for comedy rather than continuing the main story's stakes.
