Synopsis
Juliet Capulet was the only Capulet to survive the bloody coup that put House Montague over Neo Verona fourteen years ago, hidden and raised since by her family's loyal retainers. By night she rides through the city as the masked vigilante Red Whirlwind, striking back on behalf of its poor.
