Synopsis
Shinobu Oomiya spent a childhood homestay with the Cartelet family in England, and five years later Alice Cartelet follows her to Japan, moving in with the Oomiyas and transferring into Shinobu's high school. Reunited, the two share classes with Aya Komichi and Youko Inokuma, filling their days with club activities, festivals, and study sessions. Karen Kujou, Alice's half-British, half-Japanese friend from England, comes over as well and rounds out the group with her broken Japanese and her own culture-clash energy. The four-panel manga stays anchored in these everyday school moments rather than any larger plot.
