Synopsis
Freshman Chihiro Enomoto arrives at Rikkyoin High School still grieving his parents and living with his older sister Shinobu when he falls instantly for a girl named Tokino in the school library. His childhood friend Ritsuko Kübel Kettenkrad, now the student council president, reunites with him the same day and develops feelings of her own. The three-episode OVA follows the year-long "kujibiki" lottery campaign that decides the next student council leadership, playing the contest and its budding love triangle as a knowing parody of standard high-school anime tropes.
