まりあ†ほりっく

Kanako Miyamae enrolls at an all-girls Catholic academy hoping to find a girlfriend, since she breaks out in hives whenever a boy touches her. She is immediately drawn to the incoming first-year Mariya Shidou, until she learns Mariya is a cross-dressing, sadistic boy hiding behind the girls' school uniform. Mariya keeps her quiet by threatening to have her expelled, then sets about tormenting her at every opportunity, with his maid Matsurika Shinouji and school priest Touichirou Kanae adding to the chaos around them. The manga plays the arrangement as escalating comic warfare between the two.
