Synopsis
In the Kingdom of Wenias, magic student Saybil has no memory of anything before he enrolled at the Royal Academy, and no idea why his power is so far beyond what a remedial student should have. Albus, who runs the Academy, sends him on a field training assignment to the witch-hostile south, escorted by classmates Hort and Kudo and the ancient witch Loux Krystas, who has her own reasons for going along. A spinoff sequel to Grimoire of Zero, the light novel follows the group as training turns into something closer to an investigation.
