Synopsis
Jean Otus is deputy chief of the Inspection Department at ACCA headquarters, the audit arm of a civilian organization with a branch in each of the Kingdom of Dowa's thirteen territories. As Jean makes his rounds checking ACCA's own personnel across those territories, quiet rumors of a coup against the royal family start circulating, and his easy manner starts to look like it might be hiding something. The manga follows Jean, his friend Nino, and the chief officers above him, Grossular, Lilium and Pastis, as the inspection tour turns into something bigger.
