Hitomi Hoshino, a Japanese high schooler who reads tarot for her friends, is pulled onto the world of Gaea and into the path of Van Fanel, the young prince of Fanelia. Zaibach's forces destroy Van's kingdom soon after he returns, and Hitomi must choose between looking for a way home and staying to fight beside him, drawn in further by Allen Schezar, a swordsman of Asturia, and Dilandau, a Zaibach officer with his own history in Fanelia. This manga ran alongside the original TV anime and tells its own version of the story.
