Synopsis
Baseball star Date Masamune and soccer ace Sanada Yukimura keep up their rivalry at Basara Academy, a high school where Japan's Warring States warlords are reimagined as students under headmaster Oda Nobunaga. When student council chairman Toyotomi Hideyoshi is suspended, the vacant seat sets off a scramble for power among the school's competing "warlords," pulling in rivals like Tokugawa Ieyasu and Ishida Mitsunari. This spin-off recasts the Sengoku Basara cast's battlefield rivalries as sports and student-council comedy.
