At sixteen, Li Meifon inherits leadership of Angel Links, a corporation her late grandfather built to protect merchant ships from pirates across the Oracion star system, free of charge. Backed by tactician Valeria Vertone, advisor Kousei Hida, and the dragon-blooded warrior Duuz Delax Rex, Meifon faces down raiders and corporate threats to the fleet even as she starts uncovering secrets her grandfather kept about the company's true purpose. The series is a spin-off set in the same universe as Outlaw Star, carrying over its "Toward Stars Era" setting.
