An assassin named Saruwatari comes to Hakata chasing rumors that killers make up a startling share of the city's population, and that somewhere among them is a 'killer of professional killers.' Drawn by the promise of a real challenge, he wades into the same underworld that private detective Zenji Banba and the cross-dressing hitman Lin Xianming move through, hunting the rumor to its source. This manga is a second, differently illustrated adaptation continuing the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens story.
