Synopsis
Kouichi Minamoto is handed one of the government's strangest assignments: keep watch over three of the most powerful espers in Japan, all of them elementary schoolers. Kaoru, Shiho, and Aoi work for B.A.B.E.L., using psychokinesis, psychometry, and teleportation to handle threats too dangerous for ordinary police, while treating their exhausted handler like an older brother. Kouichi has to manage their powers, their moods, and the rival group P.A.N.D.R.A., which wants the strongest espers for itself.
