Synopsis
Four years after Celestial Being's costly war against the Earth's militaries, Setsuna F. Seiei and the surviving Gundam Meisters find the world worse off than before, now dominated by A-Laws, a military force that enforces the Earth Sphere Federation's will with brutal excess. Believing they owe the world a second attempt, Setsuna and his allies reorganize Celestial Being to intervene once more, this time against an enemy operating with the full weight of a global government behind it.
