Iori Kitahara moves to a coastal town to start university and live above his uncle's dive shop, Grand Blue. Instead of the breezy campus life he imagined, he walks into a clubroom full of near-naked upperclassmen chugging pure alcohol. Dragged into the Peek-a-Boo diving club alongside the equally reluctant Kouhei Imamura, Iori ricochets between drunken chaos, elaborate pranks, and — when the older members actually take them underwater — genuinely stunning dives that keep pulling him back.
