Synopsis
Haruka Suzumiya wakes from a three-year coma and moves back in with her parents, picking up her relationship with Takayuki Narumi as if no time had passed. But she can't shake the need to see her old friend Mitsuki Hayase, the woman Takayuki dated while Haruka lay unconscious. This OVA continues the love triangle from Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, following Haruka as she builds an independent life around picture-book writing and university while she and Takayuki test whether their reunion can hold.
