Yuki Nagato has always struggled to speak up around other people, but around Kyon, the only boy in her three-member literature club, she falters even more than usual. Set in the alternate high-school-life world of the Haruhi Suzumiya "Disappearance" arc, the manga follows Yuki, Kyon and Yuki's best friend Ryouko Asakura through ordinary club life, with Haruhi Suzumiya and the rest of the familiar cast turning up around them as Yuki's feelings slowly come into focus.
