Takumi Tsuzuki keeps the struggling confectionery shop Stray Cats running alongside his non-blood-related older sister Otome, who owns it but can barely manage the books. Their routine changes when Otome brings home a mysterious, striking girl she found on the street, and the shop's small household grows to include childhood friend Fumino Serizawa and newcomer Chise Umenomori.
