Synopsis
Shiomi Academy's library, the Daitoshokan, rivals Japan's national collection, and second-year Kyoutarou Kakei spends his afternoons reading there alone in a Library Club with no other members. A message from a mysterious wish-granting presence known only as the Shepherd puts him in the path of his classmate Tsugumi Shirasaki, who joins the club, takes it over as president, and pulls him into her project to liven up the school.
