With Raoh defeated, Kenshiro finds his old allies Bat and Lin now leading the Hokuto Army against a new tyrant, the governor-general Jacko, who is working his people to death building an imperial capital. Jacko sends his strongest general, Falco, to stop Kenshiro's interference, and when Lin is captured and dragged off to the lawless island of Shura, Kenshiro has to fight his way through its ruling warriors to get her back. This second series is a direct sequel to the original Fist of the North Star.
