Yuria takes the lead here in place of Kenshiro, with her side of the story running from her childhood alongside her brother Ryuga through the day she and Kenshiro first met. Her dog Tobi, her meeting with Rei, and her appointment as General of Nanto fill in years the main series only glimpsed, and the story carries up to the confrontation between Kenshiro and Thouzer. At roughly an hour, this OVA is the second of the five installments in the Shin Kyuuseishu Densetsu series.
